Gilly Russell
I am a fully qualified counsellor and I am a registered member of both the BPC (British Psychoanalytic Council) and BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists). This means that I work in accordance with their regulations, professional standards and fitness to practice.
I also undertake personal, continued professional development as part of this commitment to achieve a high standard of practice of working with you.
I have a BA (Hons) and hold a current Government Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) certificate.
I have experience of working with a diverse range of people and difficulties.
How I work
I offer long and short term therapy from my counselling room in Gillingham, Dorset. Session times are 50 minutes and we would meet regularly, usually once a week at the same time and day.
I offer the initial session for a reduced price, giving you time to talk and to see if this is the right space for you.
